On November 8, the opening ceremony of the 2025 TVET Program for South African Young Officials from Two South African Parties was held at Jinhua University of Vocational Technology. The program is sponsored by the Fourth Bureau of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Jinhua Municipal People’s Government, and hosted by JUVT. Vice President CHEN Hairong, heads of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges and Agriculture College, and 20 young officials from South Africa attended the ceremony.

The training program follows the main thread of “Smart Agriculture Strategy Implementation + Full-Chain Practical Study and Research + Deep China–South Africa Engagement.” Looking ahead, JUVT will continue to give full play to its technological advantages and practical experience in talent cultivation, scientific research and social services, providing Chinese solutions and technical support to help African countries address challenges encountered in their development, and making new and greater contributions to building a China–Africa community with a shared future.
