On October 30, the 2nd China–New Zealand High-level Education Forum was held in Beijing under the theme “Fostering New Opportunities, Integrating the Future of China–New Zealand Education”. The forum was co-hosted by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, and co-organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange, the Center for China–Foreign Language and Cultural Exchange of the Ministry of Education, Education New Zealand and Universities New Zealand.

REN Youqun, Vice Minister of Education of China, and Shane Reti, New Zealand Minister for University Education and Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology, attended the forum. LIANG Kedong, President of Jinhua University of Vocational Technology, and CHEN Hairong, Vice President of JUVT, were invited to participate, together with more than 200 leaders and representatives from education authorities, institutions and organizations of both countries, to explore new pathways for China–New Zealand educational cooperation and promote bilateral education collaboration to a higher level.

Going forward, JUVT will continue to deepen its alignment with high-quality international educational resources, further expand both the depth and breadth of its cooperation outcomes, and contribute more “Jinhua University of Vocational Technology wisdom and strength” to the building of a modern vocational education system with a global vision.
