The 2025 International Youth Summer Camp of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK), themed “Discover China: Bridging Business and Culture”, concluded successfully. Centered on the core themes of culture, business, and education, the camp integrated diverse courses, field practice, and in-depth interaction, building a bridge for mutual learning between Chinese and Finnish students. It enabled Finnish youth to experience China’s commercial vitality and cultural charm, deepened both institutions’ consensus on cooperation in vocational education, and injected youthful dynamism into international vocational education exchanges.

Professional exploration: Practice and reflection across diverse fields

Showcase of talent: Cross-cultural exchange and artistic expression

Joint teaching research: Classroom demonstrations and pedagogical discussions

The successful conclusion of the camp is not the end of China–Finland exchanges, but a new starting point for joint development. Looking ahead, the University and XAMK will continue to use “exchange and mutual learning” as a bridge to deepen collaborative innovation in vocational education, cultivate young talents with international vision and cross-cultural communication skills, and let China–Finland friendship continue to flourish through educational cooperation
