On the morning of November 22, Jinhua University of Vocational Technology held a close ceremony for the  South African Youth Officials of Vocatonal Skills Training Program . Zhang Yanhong, Deputy Director of  Bureau of Sub-Saharan African Affairs of International Department,Central Committee of CPC, Wang Zhiqiang, Vice Mayor and Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Wang Zhenhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinhua University of Vocational Technology(JUVT), Chen Hairong, Vice President of JUVT, Luo Guoqing, Deputy Secretary General of the Jinhua Municipal People’s Government, Chen Yan, Director of Foreign Affairs Office, Li Xianfeng, Deputy Director of Education Bureau, as well as heads of relevant departments and colleges of JUVT attended the ceremony to witness the graduation of the seminar participants together.

During the conference, Zhang Yanhong, Wang Zhiqiang, and Wang Zhenhong presented graduation certificates to the participants. At the ceremony, a graduation video was played, reviewing the learning achievements of the participants during their stay in Jinhua.

It is reported that this seminar was hosted by the Bureau of Sub-Saharan African Affairs of International Department, Central Committee of CPC and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Jinhua Municipal People's Government, and organized by Jinhua University of Vocational Technology. The three-week seminar provided a diverse platform for capacity building and exchanges for 15 young leaders from the African National Congress and the South African Communist Party, through classroom learning, practical training, business inspections, cultural experiences, and other forms that combine theory with practice. It allowed the young leaders of the two South African parties to gain skills in basic cross-border e-commerce operation and management while personally experiencing the charm of China's digital economy and local culture.
