Recently, the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) announced the results of the first half of 2024 for the Education Quality Certification for International Students in China. Jinhua University of Vocational Technology(JUVT) has obtained a six-year valid certification in the initial assessment for Higher Vocational Education Quality for International Students in China.

Since voluntarily applying for the Higher Vocational Education Quality Certification for International Students in China in 2022, JUVT has placed great importance on coordinating the certification work. With the aim of promoting reformation, construction, and improvement through certification, and focusing on the goal of improving quality and efficiency, JUVT comprehensively reviewed and summarized its work in educating international students. It conducted a thorough self-evaluation and improvement based on the certification indicator system. Under the guidance of on-site review experts, the university completed the certification work with high quality, maximizing the effectiveness of this education quality certification for international students in China. JUVT will take this opportunity to continuously improve its education for international students, accept post-certification monitoring, and enrich the connotation of international student education and the Study in Jinhua brand characteristics. This will be done by focusing on international students education, overseas schooling, and Chinese + vocational skills training, injecting strong momentum into the construction of the new undergraduate vocational education and the new "double high-level" project.

It is reported that the Higher Vocational Education Quality Certification for International Students in China is a quality evaluation activity conducted by CEAIE in universities nationwide. The certification results will be submitted to central and local education administrative departments as a reference for scientific management and decision-making. Currently, the first batch of 23 higher vocational colleges have passed the initial certification, with JUVT achieving the highest B+ grade in overall score.
