Jiang Jianzhong, male, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1973 and is from Chun'an, Zhejiang Province. He is an associate researcher with a master's degree, and serves as a master's supervisor.

He began his first job in August 1997 and became a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1997. He has successively served as Deputy Director of the CPC Committee Office (President's Office), Deputy Director of the Alumni Affairs Office, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Hangzhou Normal University, Director of the Office of the Management Committee of Xiasha Campus, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Lin'an Municipal Committee (temporary post), Deputy Secretary and Director of the Discipline Inspection Commission Office (Director of the Supervision Division) of Hangzhou Normal University, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Fine Arts School, Director of the CPC Committee Office (President's Office), Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee of Hangzhou Normal University.

His main research fields are university management, Party history and Party building, and the construction of a clean government. He has undertaken more than 10 projects at provincial, ministerial, municipal and departmental levels and published more than 10 papers in CSSCI journals and above.
